Today, my husband and I decided to make a tasty homemade pizza! This recipe is very easy and it takes less that 10 minutes to prepare it.
To make this pizza you will need :
– Pre-made Pizza dough (here in France you can find it at any supermarket and the one we used was the “pâte feuilletée” any brand is ok). If you prefer and have the time, you can make your own homemade Pizza dough (you can find a lot of recipes online)
– Tomato sauce (the one we used was homemade by my mother-in-law). This sauce is very light and tasty because it also has onions and some fines herbs
Hoy, mi esposo y yo decidimos preparar una pizza hecha en casa y compartirla con ustedes! Esta receta es muy fácil y toma menos de 10 minutos para prepararla.
Para hacer esta pizza necesitarán :
– Masa precocida para pizza (aquí en Francia se puede encontrar la masa en cualquier supermercado y la que nosotros usamos se llama “pâte feuilletée”, puede ser de cualquier marca). Si prefieren y tienen tiempo, pueden hacer su propia masa en casa (en el Internet pueden encontrar varias recetas)
– Salsa de tomate (la que nosotros usamos es una salsa de tomate hecha en casa por mi suegra). Esta salsa es fresca y baja en calorías y tiene cebolla y finas hierbas
– 1 can of mushrooms
– Emmental cheese
– Black olives
– Olive Oil
– 1 lata de champiñones
– Queso Emmental
– Aceitunas negras
– Aceite de oliva
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) for at least 25 minutes
2. Place the Pre-made pizza dough on a Pizza pan
3. Add the tomato sauce and then you can start adding over the mushrooms and black olives
4. Finally, you add the Emmental cheese over the toppings and if you want, you can also add some fines herbs and a bit of olive oil
5. Place the pizza in the oven for about 20-25 minutes

2. Pongan la masa en un molde para pizza
3. Añadan la salsa de tomate y luego los champiñones y aceitunas negras
4. Finalmente, añadan el queso sobre los ingredientes y si desean, también pueden agregar un poco de aceite de oliva y de finas hierbas
5. Metan la pizza al horno durante 20-25 minutos
Once you see the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, you can remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. You can serve this pizza with a nice and fresh salad!
Cuando la masa esté dorada y el queso derretido, pueden sacar la pizza del horno y dejar enfriar algunos minutos. Pueden servir la pizza con una ensalada fresca!
