My Evening Skincare routine

It is very important to have a Day and Evening Skincare
routine if you want a glowing and healthy skin!
I do wear makeup during the day, especially for work, so at
night time I always follow a skincare routine to get rid of clogged pores.
Moreover, the skin repairs at night so we need to make sure that we are using
the right products and techniques to help this process. Here are my evening
Skincare routine and the products that I use during this time of the year when
I tend to have sensitive and dry skin.

Una rutina de limpieza facial diaria es muy importante para
tener una piel radiante y sana!
Yo me maquillo durante el día par ir al trabajo, por lo tanto
todas las noches me lavo la cara y aplico productos específicos para mi tipo de
piel y así evito que las impurezas obstruyan mis poros.
La piel se repara durante la noche, de manera que debemos
asegurarnos que las técnicas y los productos que usamos son apropiados para
nuestro tipo de piel. Aquí les comparto mi rutina de limpieza facial de noche que
hago durante esta época del año en la que mi piel se vuelve más seca y
delicada.

1. Headband – I use it to keep my hair off my face when I wash
it. I found this headband at Primark, but you can use any headband that you
have at home.

Uso este cintillo para mantener el pelo alejado de mi rostro cuando lo lavo. Este lo encontré en Primark, pero ustedes pueden usar cualquier cintillo que tengan en casa.

2. & 3. Cleansing Gel & Clarisonic – The Avène Cleansing gel is perfect for oily,
blemish-prone skin. I use it with my Clarisonic to take off my makeup and clean
deeply my pores. I use this gel also in the mornings to wash my face.

Este gel limpiador de Avène es perfecto para pieles grasas y con granitos. Lo uso con mi Clarisonic para quitar todo el maquillaje de mi rostro y limpiar profundamente los poros. Uso este limpiador también en las mañanas.

4. Cleansing Water – This product is ideal to remove any residue of
makeup. Use a cotton pad and massage in smooth circular motions.

Este producto es ideal para retirar cualquier residuo de maquillaje. Se debe aplicar con un algodón suavemente y masajeando con gestos circulares.

5. Thermal Spring Water – I love spraying this water all over my face to
refresh it. You can also use it during the day!

Me encanta aplicar este producto en todo mi rostro. Lo pueden usar también durante el día para refrescarse!

6. & 7. Avène Cleanance Hydra & Herborian Ginseng Infusion Night – I use these two creams at night time. I first
apply the Avène over areas of my face that dry out easily and then I apply the Herborian Ginseng Infusion Night on the rest of my face.

Uso estas dos cremas en la noche. Primero, aplico la crema Avène en las áreas de mi rostro que tienden a secarse más y la otra crema de Herborian en el resto de mi cara.

8. Khiel’s Creamy Eye treatment – I have used so far this cream, especially at
this time of the year because my under eye area is very dry.

He estado usando esta crema desde hace algún tiempo,especialmente en esta temporada ya que la piel del contorno de mis ojos se pone muy seca y deshidratada.

9. Mavala double-lash – I apply this product every night on my eyelashes
and eyebrows. The applicator is a mascara type brush so it is easy to use. This serum stimulates lash growth. I started using the Ricin Oil, so at the moment I alternate both
products.

Aplico este producto cada noche en mis pestañas y cejas. El aplicador es igual al de una máscara de pestañas lo cual es muy práctico. Este serum estimula el crecimiento de las pestañas. Empecé hace poco a usar el aceite de Ricin y estoy alternando estos dos productos.

10. Uriage Lip balm  – This balm is so far my favourite. It hydrates my
lips and they always feel so soft after!

Este bálsamo labial se ha vuelto mi favorito. Me hidrata los labios y los vuelve muy suaves!
